The Exploding Boy say they are “post-punk”. I’m not sure they are punk. But since their music is quite influenced by the 1980s, I guess they are “post something”. Anyway, they are great as I already wrote in this blog so many times. Unfortunately, they have never achieved yet the success they deserved in their own country and actually tour more in Germany than in Sweden.
Therefore, the release party of their soon to be released new “The Black album” will be held in Berlin (the album will be out on the 20th of May). Before that, let’s listen to Human from their brand new The Human EP. Probably a little less “hit single” than their previous songs, and more “pop”, it remains hell of 1980s and enjoyable. So enjoy.
