The Follower by Koko
I left Koko in 2011 when I was wondering if this band was submarine or aerial. I had mentionned their fist song, then their second one few months later, and, eventually, I admitted I could not have any conclusion about this band since both of their songs were quite different.
Good news, today, The Follower, the debut single of their debut album is released. So, let’s keep on our enquiry: what is Koko? An electro band? A band with soft melodies? A band to chill out? A band to dance? A pop band? A feminine side of Miike Snow? Well, probably all of that.
I guess this is the kind of band you feel close to some other bands you just heard, except this one is just a little bit better. The debut album is now on my “top 10 most awaited Swedish album” list.
