Night of the tentacle
Yeah, it’s been a while. Sorry guys. I was stuck. Stuck IRL. “In Real Life”, you know. With people and stuff. But here we go again. Back to the little AbsNoise boutique with one of my true favourite, the lovely stoner cool buddies from hell, i.e. Riddarna. They just released a new song. Why? Believe it or not, it is because those Swedes and their music are featured in the video game “Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number”. What? True story. Amazing. A fun reward for the singer of the band Edward Forlsund who is a big retrogaming lover (he fancies brilliant old Lucas Arts adventure games like “Day of the Tentacle” and stuff).
How about the music? Well, the song is called “Ni tar mig aldrig levande”. It is punchy. Straight to the point. A burst of rage. Less melodic than usual for a Riddarna tune. Noisier. Punker. The punkiest the better, if you ask me.Tweet
